iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo

Getting started

Tap the Clock to reveal Focus, Tools and Settings. Hold the date to open Date settings, or hold the alarm badge to open Alarms.

In Timer and Stopwatch, tap the large time to start, pause or resume; hold it to reset. Navigation appears while inactive or paused. With Pro or Pro Focus, saved slots are also available. Hold a saved slot to save or replace it; tap to load it. Timer presets and Stopwatch saved results require Pro or Pro Focus. Counter asks before loading over a nonzero current count. Use Layout to choose stacked or side-by-side timing readouts.

iPhone Duo

The centered Clock and active time tools adapt to the inner and outer displays, in portrait and landscape. Settings appears on the right in partially open views. The same Pro Features page and verified purchases apply across these layouts.

Plans and purchases

Free includes the TIDAL clock, one regular alarm, basic Timer and Stopwatch, and White noise with manual on/off. Pro adds customization, dimming, additional alarms, World Clock, Counter, Time Counter, and Pink/Brown noise; its sounds also use manual on/off. Pro Focus includes Pro plus all nine sounds, any two different sounds blended with balance, sound timing/fades/sequences, Sleep Focus and Pomodoro.

Open Settings → Pro Features to view your current plan, restore purchases or manage a subscription with Apple. Use the Apple Account used for the purchase. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase; it does not cancel an existing subscription.

Alarms, Sleep and audio

Allow Alarms for system alarm delivery. Notification permission is separate for features such as Pomodoro. Check the selected time, repeat days, permissions and Sleep wake alarm's “Armed for” status. New regular alarms start with Snooze off. Tapping a Pomodoro notification opens Pomodoro.

Sleep display dimming and Gentle Wake require the Clock to remain open. Keep screen on applies while DigiFLUX is open. Focus/Sleep audio can continue while locked and mix with other media. Calls or audio-device disconnection stop playback; restart it manually when wanted.

Known issue: after a restart, before the first passcode entry, iOS Flash for Alerts may continue after an alarm is stopped until the phone is unlocked. This was reproduced in a separate minimal AlarmKit app and reported to Apple as FB25207201. A fix has not been confirmed.

Widgets and Apple Watch

Add the Time Counter widget and edit it to choose a saved event; tapping opens that event. The paired Watch controls supported iPhone features. The iPhone owns Focus/Sleep audio and wake alarms.

Accessibility

VoiceOver reads complete times and durations. Use its Actions rotor for timing controls and navigation, and three fingers to scroll. Reduce Motion and per-feature motion settings control transitions. Transition click is audible only when the phone is not in Silent Mode.

Report a problem

Open Settings → Support & Privacy → Report a problem. Describe what happened, what you expected and the steps to reproduce it. Diagnostics are optional and start off. Preview the full report, then choose Email support or Share report; you can cancel without sending. Email includes your sender address and any sender name. Avoid passwords, payment details and private saved content.

You can also email support@digifluxlabs.com. If relevant, include whether you used iPhone, iPad or Duo, the screen/orientation, and your DigiFLUX/OS version. Please do not delete or reinstall the app while investigating missing records unless support has helped you preserve them.

Apple TV

DigiFLUX for Apple TV includes the kinetic clock, Sleep Display, five Noise Colors, a countdown timer and stopwatch. It works offline without an account. All current Apple TV features are included in one purchase, with no ads or subscriptions.

Remote navigation, clock and appearance

Use the Siri Remote to choose Settings, Timer & Stopwatch, Noise or Sleep Display. Select Hide Controls for a clear clock display; press Select or a direction to reveal them again. Settings offers 12- or 24-hour time, optional seconds, date and logo, nine Signal colors including TIDAL, and Auto Spectrum. If digits are static, check DigiFLUX Motion and Apple TV’s Reduce Motion setting.

Sleep Display and brightness

Sleep Display uses a red clock with amber accents on true black and hides the logo. You can use it with your chosen Noise Color. Adjust brightness in Settings → Display. App brightness changes DigiFLUX’s interface, not your television’s hardware brightness.

Noise Colors and audio

Choose Brown, Pink, White, Green or Yellow Noise in Settings to hear a five-second sample. On the clock, use the on-screen Noise control or the Siri Remote’s Play/Pause button to toggle continuous playback. Check your television or receiver’s volume and output route if you cannot hear sound.

Noise plays while DigiFLUX remains open. Leaving the app stops playback; returning does not start it automatically. Opening Settings pauses ongoing noise and can resume it when you close Settings if playback was not interrupted or disabled.

Timer and stopwatch

Set a countdown from 1 second to 99:59:59, then start, pause or reset it. The completion alert repeats until you select Stop Alert. The stopwatch displays hundredths and supports start, pause and reset. Both tools offer Hide Controls.

Timer alerts require DigiFLUX to remain open on Apple TV; they are not background notifications or system alarms. For help, email support@digifluxlabs.com with your Apple TV model, tvOS version, DigiFLUX version and a description of the issue.

Working prototype and other platforms

The general prototype guidance below is separate from the native iPhone, iPad, Duo and Apple TV instructions above. Available tools and device capabilities vary by platform.

Clock and motion

If the kinetic digits do not move, confirm that DigiFLUX Motion is enabled. System Reduce Motion preferences may limit animation. Keep Screen Awake and Focus View depend on device and operating-system capabilities.

Noise Colors and alert sound

Audio begins only after you select or start it. Check device volume, silent mode, audio permission, and the selected Noise Color or alert tone. The optional volume safeguard does not override system volume or mute controls.

Alarms and timers

Confirm notification permissions, sound settings, and repeat schedules. Device power saving, app termination, and operating-system restrictions can affect background alerts. Do not rely on DigiFLUX for emergencies, medical needs, or other safety-critical events.

Availability

Check DigiFLUX Labs and the official platform store for current availability. DigiFLUX Labs does not distribute installation files through unsolicited support email or third-party download sites.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge support messages within two business days. Detailed investigation may take longer during launch periods.
