This notice explains how DigiFLUX Labs, LLC handles information through DigiFLUX for iPhone, iPad, iPhone Duo and Apple TV, digifluxlabs.com, the working prototype, and support communications. Native app, website and prototype practices are described separately below.
DigiFLUX for iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo
DigiFLUX Labs, LLC designs DigiFLUX to work without a DigiFLUX account, advertising or custom usage tracking.
Your settings and saved records
Clock settings, alarms, timer presets, stopwatch results, counts, saved events and World Clock cities are stored on your devices. DigiFLUX does not automatically upload these records to DigiFLUX Labs or provide a cloud record-sync service. Widgets use a local shared snapshot; the paired Apple Watch companion exchanges supported state and controls with your iPhone. Apple device backups and system services follow your Apple settings.
DigiFLUX uses bundled recordings and generated noise, not your microphone. Choosing a World Clock city does not require location access. Alarm and notification permissions support the features you choose.
Purchases
Apple processes Pro and Pro Focus purchases. DigiFLUX checks verified purchase information from Apple to determine your access. DigiFLUX Labs does not receive your payment-card details or operate a separate purchase-account server.
Apple reporting
We use Apple's standard App Store analytics and crash/diagnostic reporting to understand overall app performance and improve reliability. Availability depends on Apple's services, privacy safeguards and your sharing choices. DigiFLUX includes no custom analytics SDK or automatic report-upload service.
Optional support reports
Report a problem lets you write a message and optionally include basic diagnostics. Diagnostics start off for each new report. You can preview the full report before choosing to send or share it.
Optional diagnostics contain the app version/build, operating-system version, nonunique device model, and limited technical status/error codes. The automatic diagnostic section excludes saved record contents, alarm/event times, receipts, account details, unique device identifiers and usage history. Anything you choose to write in your message is included in the report.
Email support receives your sender email address, any sender name you provide, your message and any diagnostics you choose to include. Email reports are not anonymous. We use support information to respond, troubleshoot and improve reliability, not for advertising or tracking. Your chosen mail/share service also processes what you send under its own policies.
Your choices and contact
You can leave diagnostics off, cancel a report, and manage supported saved records within the app. Deleting DigiFLUX can remove its local data. Contact support@digifluxlabs.com for privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence.
Support retention
We delete closed support correspondence and attached diagnostics within 12 months after closure, unless you request earlier deletion or we need to retain specific information to meet a legal obligation.
DigiFLUX for Apple TV
DigiFLUX for Apple TV is provided by DigiFLUX Labs, LLC. The Apple TV app does not collect or transmit personal information, use advertising or analytics, track you, or require an account.
It stores preferences such as clock format, Signal colors, brightness and sound choices locally on your Apple TV. Timer and stopwatch sessions run within the app. Audio uses bundled sounds and does not use the microphone. The app reads your device’s time and time zone to display the clock. Local preferences may be removed when you delete the app.
Apple manages App Store purchase and payment information; DigiFLUX does not receive your payment-card details. If you contact support, the support and retention sections of this policy apply. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@digifluxlabs.com.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your address and message. We use it to answer questions, investigate issues, provide support, and send launch updates only when requested. Do not send passwords, payment data, health records, or other sensitive information.
Website and hosting data
Our website, DNS, security, and hosting providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Essential cookies or similar storage may be used to deliver and protect the site. DigiFLUX Labs does not sell personal information or use the site for targeted advertising.
Working prototype and other platforms
The current prototype stores settings and working data locally in your browser or device. This can include clock preferences, colors, Noise Color choices, world cities, alarms, interval routines, and stopwatch records. Clearing site data or deleting the app may remove this information.
Prototype audio and device features
Noise Colors and alert tones play audio selected by you. DigiFLUX does not need the microphone to generate those sounds. Haptics, notifications, and Keep Screen Awake may request device capabilities when selected.
Sharing and retention
We may use service providers to host, secure, and operate DigiFLUX, or disclose information when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety. We delete closed support correspondence and attached diagnostics within 12 months after closure, unless you request earlier deletion or we need to retain specific information to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can reset locally stored data through browser or device controls. To request access, correction, or deletion of information sent directly to us, contact privacy@digifluxlabs.com.
Changes
We may update this notice as DigiFLUX develops. The revision date identifies the current version.
